Making a career move comes with a lot of questions—and it should. This page is designed to give you clear, honest answers about our services, process, and what it’s like to work together. From how we approach resumes and interviews to timelines, confidentiality, and expectations, you’ll find the details you need to decide your next step with confidence.

How is this different from other resume services?

This service is different because it focuses on custom, role-specific resumes, not generic templates. Each resume is tailored to the candidate’s experience and the exact job they’re applying for, with ATS optimization, clear impact-focused wording, and fast turnaround. Unlike many resume services, it emphasizes strategy and positioning what to highlight, what to remove, and how to tell a clear professional story rather than just rewriting content.

What if I don't get interviews after working with you?

If you don’t get interviews, we don’t just leave you there.

We’ll review what’s happening, adjust the resume, and refine the targeting or messaging. Sometimes the issue isn’t formatting it’s role alignment, keywords, or how experience is positioned. That’s part of the process, and revisions are included to address it.

While no resume service can guarantee interviews (since hiring decisions are out of our control), the goal is to make sure your resume is competitive, ATS-friendly, and clearly communicates your value. If it’s not doing that, we fix it.

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a custom service and the work is personalized to you, refunds aren’t offered once work has begun.

That said, revisions are included. If something isn’t working or doesn’t feel right, we’ll adjust and refine it so you’re not stuck with a resume you’re unhappy with. The focus is on getting you a strong, usable result not rushing you out the door.

How long does the process take?

Typically, the process takes 3–5 business days from the time we receive your information.

If revisions are needed, those are usually turned around within 1–2 additional business days.

Overall, most clients have a polished, ready-to-use resume within a week.
