Personal
I live in Mill Creek, Washington with my family. When I’m not coaching clients, I’m usually thinking about how organizations find and develop talent—or trying to keep up with my kids.
I’ve sat in the hiring manager’s chair, trained recruiters, and designed the systems that screen resumes and interview candidates. I know exactly what separates the “yes” pile from the “thanks, but no thanks” pile.
